Laurie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist in the North Dallas area. She has over 20 years experience providing counseling for families, children, adolescents and adults. Laurie works with children using play therapy in a large therapeutic playroom. Adolescents and older children utilize activity therapy such as art and games to process their feelings and learn new coping skills in a spacious Art/Activity Room. Adults are seen in a warm, comfortable office environment. In 2020, Laurie incorporated a telehealth option for her clients. She uses her HIPPA-Compliant SimplePractice portal to confidentially meet with individuals via video. Meeting in person is preferred but teletherapy is a great option if we are unable to.
